The Worldwake is upon us! Join us this weekend for a first look at Worldwake a full week before it's official release! There's some really exciting new cards in this set, so you don't want to miss this. To view the full spoiler, click HERE courtesy of our friends at MTG Salvation. You can participate in this exciting event at one of two, convenient locations on both Saturday, January 30th and Sunday, January 31st. Those locations are:
Doors open between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM with the first Sealed Deck event beginning around 9:00 AM. For the full event schedule of each location, please click on the location link above. Entry for Sealed Deck events is $25.00. Booster drafts to begin after 11:00 AM and are $15.00. For those of you who enjoy Two-Headed Giant, you can experience this excellent event at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Club at 2:00 PM. This event is DCI Sanctioned and a DCI number is required. Don't worry, if you lost yours we can look it up for you. Don't have one, no problem! They are FREE!
Each participant will receive an exclusive promo card (while supplies last) in addition to product prizes! Seriously, don't miss this!
For the Pokemon fans, this weekend marks the beginning of the Pokemon HeartGold & SoulSilver Pre-release celebrations! This is your first look at the newest, coolest cards before they are released. And don't worry, if you can't make it this weekend, you can try again the following weekend for even more HeartGold & SoulSilver Pre-release fun! While we don't have a spoiler available, we can assure you that we're heard nothing but amazing things about this new set! For more information, please see our event calender. Doors and registration for these events open at 10:15 AM with a prompt start of 11:00 AM. The format is Sealed Deck with an entry of $25.00. Booster drafts to follow each event. Please remember to bring your POP ID; if you don't have one, don't worry we can provide you one for FREE! Product prizes based upon final standings and each participant will receive an exclusive Pichu promo card (while supplies last).
Just in case you can't attend this weekend, you can join us next weekend February 6th and 7th at the following locations: Science & Hobbies, Veterans Gaming, Relentless Dragon, The Grid Games and Batter Up. See you there!
